My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were basic and the bed was not the most comfortable, but they were incredibly clean. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes from the sea and restaurants, with an amazing upgrade to a room with a balcony and sea view. However, the service was lacking as I had trouble getting simple items like tissues and band-aids, and some staff members were not very friendly. The dining was good overall, but a bit minimal for the price.

The hotel had a fantastic location within walking distance to all the amenities and the beach. The rooms, although small compared to photos, offered a wonderful view. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, right on the plaza with an ocean view, just a minute's walk to the water. The rooms were a bit tiny, but the sea view from the two cute balconies made up for it. The service was really helpful and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. The dining was a bit pricy for what you get, but there was an amazing selection. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few minor drawbacks.

I was thrilled with the location of the hotel, right next to the beach and near plenty of shops and dining options. The room I stayed in was a bit smaller than expected for a 4-star hotel, but it had a fantastic view of the ocean and was conveniently close to shopping areas. While upgrading to a Junior Suite made the space more comfortable, I found the lack of basic amenities like tissues and band aids slightly inconvenient. The service was excellent, with multilingual and friendly staff catering to all my needs. However, the dining experience, although good, felt a bit overpriced for the offerings. The facilities were top-notch, especially the view from the sea-view balcony.
